A HERANÇA DOS DEVASSOS (Brasil, 1979) – O filme com Sandra Bréa e Roberto Maya é uma tentativa de emular um drama psicológico envolvendo perversão, incesto e briga de família, sem qualquer cuidado com o roteiro e, principalmente, as atuações, todas bem abaixo do aceitável. O tema da decadência de uma família aristocrática é simbolizado pelo cenário permanente de um casarão tradicional, onde as ações acontecem de maneira tediosa, arrastada, culminando em situações bizarras e totalmente sem nexo. A explicação do mordomo é, no mínimo, uma forma preguiçosa e ineficaz de tentar dar um pouco de sentido a esta produção abaixo da linha do precário. The film with Sandra Bréa and Roberto Maya is an attempt to emulate a psychological drama involving perversion, incest and family quarrel, without any care for the script and, especially, the performances, all well below the acceptable. The theme of the decadence of an aristocratic family is symbolized by the permanent setting of a traditional mansion, where the actions take place in a tedious, dragged way, culminating in bizarre and totally meaningless situations.
