AMOR E MONSTROS (LOVE AND MONSTERS, USA, UK, 2020) – Despretensioso, mas extremamente divertido, o filme dá uma dimensão original ao já consagrado universo apocalítico e distópico. O design das criaturas é muito bem realizado e, como se espera, adoravelmente assustador. O tema central é basicamente alguém deixando um esconderijo sufocante, para reencontrar uma pessoa que o faça feliz, no meio de pandemia de monstros, o que nos remete à atual situação enfrentada atualmente. The design of the creatures is perfect; and adorably scary. And the main theme of the film, which basically tells the story of a person leaving the suffocating comfort of his hiding place to find something that makes him happy, in the midst of a pandemic of monsters, I think it is something that will touch the sensitivity of many people that now live the dramas of self-isolation.
