 RAIVA INCONTROLÁVEL (UNHINGED, USA, 2020) – Raiva incontrolável é o que você sente quando acaba esse filme sofrível. Russel Crowe no elenco atrai os mais incautos, mas o roteiro copiado do excelente ENCURRALADO (Steven Spielberg) não se sustenta. Para piorar, atuações pífias e um desfecho previsível e muito ruim. Uncontrolled rage is what you feel after seeing this lousy movie copied from the excellent DUEL (Steven Spielberg). Russel Crowe may attract some innocents, but the poor performances of the cast and a predicable end make all a mess to be avoided.

AS LOUCURAS DE ROSE (WILD ROSE, UK, 2018) – Em Glasglow, Rose-Lynn (Jessie Buckley, um talento, em todos os sentidos), uma cantora de country, ex-detenta, sonha em ir a Nashville e alcançar o sucesso. A história, eivada da busca de sentimentos envolvendo a relação de Rose com a mãe e os dois filhos pequenos, é de uma beleza tão impactante e sensível, que rever se torna inevitável. Rose-Lynn não é um personagem fácil de se gostar, pois ela tem uma personalidade meio sociopata, com grandes doses de um aparente egoísmo. Contudo, Jessie é mais que adorável. Obra-prima. In Glasgow, Rose (Jessie Buckley, a talent in all senses), a country singer, dreams of becoming a Nashville country star. The story, fraught with the search for lost feelings involving her relationship with her mother and with her two kids, is so beautiful and sensitive that we can not help seeing it over and over. Rose-Lynn is not an easy character to like. She is borderline sociopathic and has a self-centered selfish streak a mile wide. However, Jessie is way adorable. A masterpiece.
