UM HOMEM DE SORTE (THE LUCKY ONE, USA, 2012) – Um ex-fuzileiro (Zac Efron, fraco no papel) vai a Louisiana depois do Iraque, para procurar uma mulher desconhecida, cuja foto foi seu talismã durante a guerra. A premissa romântica tinha tudo para resultar num filme agradável, não fosse a previsibilidade do roteiro: rapaz sensível, mas sofrido, uma linda mãe divorciada (Taylor Schilling) vivendo com a avó (Blythe Danner, mãe de Gwyneth Paltrow) e criando o filho de 8 anos, um ex-marido ressentido e o pretexto da foto misteriosa, sempre um gancho para os corações mais sensíveis. A boa fotografia ajuda, mas falta consistência à história pouco original. Netflix. The romantic premise had everything to make a pleasant movie, if the script was less predictable: a sensitive but hurt man, a beautiful divorced mother (Taylor Schilling) living with her grandmother (Blythe Danner, Gwyneth Paltrow’s mother) and raising an 8-year-old boy, a resented ex-husband and the pretext of the mysterious photograph, always a dramatic hook for the more sensitive hearts.
