PASSAGEIROS (PASSENGERS, USA, 2016) – Este é
um dos filmes de que mais gosto. Por dois motivos: é ficção científica e também
uma belíssima história de amor. Afora a obviedade do prazer de estar em
companhia de Jennifer Lawrence, cujo personagem, Aurora Lane, é uma escritora, em
pleno espaço sideral, numa nave gigantesca, e ainda contar com um androide bartender
atencioso (Michael Sheen, numa atuação sensacional), o filme é uma excelente
proposta para a reflexão sobre a solidão,
o tempo, o foco no presente, a felicidade e o amor entre as estrelas. É uma história
que tem muito o que ensinar, especialmente a pessoas como eu. This is one of my favorite movies. For two reasons: it
is Science fiction and a beautiful love story. Apart from the obvious pleasure
of being with Jennifer Lawrence, whose character, Aurora Lane, is a writer, in space,
on a huge starship, and still have a friendly bartender android (Michael Sheen,
in a great performance), the movie is an outstanding opportunity to think about
loneliness, time, the focus on the present, happiness and love among the stars.
It is a story that has a lot to teach, especially to people like me.
