SHERLOCK
HOLMES (USA, Alemanha, UK, 2009) – Este filme de Guy Ritchie é
muito bom. Robert Downey Jr. está perfeito como Sherlock e Jude Law, um ator
sempre dentro da lei, completa o serviço como Watson. A sintonia dos dois é
perfeita, graças também ao roteiro e falas afiadíssimos! Se fosse transformado
me série de TV, seria um sucesso certo. Robert Downey Jr. tem completo domínio
do seu personagem. Aliás, Sherlock poderia ser Tony Stark cem anos atrás, sem o
menor problema, graça à donaire com que Downey Jr. interpreta seu personagem. Sim,
claro, há uma presença que muda toda a perspectiva mais sensata de análise –
Rachel McAdams, como Irene Idler, está lindíssima, como sempre. Guy Ritchie
parece ter aprendido com Madonna uma benvinda ousadia na edição de imagens – o “preview”
das lutas, como se passam na mente de Holmes, é primoroso. A Inglaterra
vitoriana, detalhada com precisão e capricho é imperdível. Quando se junta talento,
técnica, enredo e aquela inefável característica misteriosa que torna um filme
inesquecível, o resultado é o melhor possível. Elementar, meu caro Watson! Guy Ritchie’s film is quite
good! Robert Downey Jr. is close to perfection as Sherlock, and Jude Law, an
actor who is never an outlaw, does a wonderful job as well as Watson. They display
perfect chemistry, thanks to the acute writing and lines! If it was a TV show,
it would be a tremendous hit, no doubt about that! Robert Doney Jr. has a complete domain over his character. This being said, Sherlock might well be the
Tony Stark a hundred years ago, because of his graceful performing of the character.
Of course, there is another presence that changes all the sensible attempts of
analysis – Rachel McAdams, as Irene Idler, is more than gorgeous and perfect as
well. Guy Ritchie seems to have learned a lot from Madonna in terms of boldness
in image editing – the preview of the fights, as they are planned in Holmes’
mind is unmissable! When talent, technique, plot and that ineffable and
mysterious trait that makes a movie a success, the result is the best! Elementary,
my dear Watson.
