A GAROTA DE MILLER (MILLER’S GIRL, USA, 2024) – O filme com Jenna Ortega e Martin Freeman tem um roteiro meio “Lolita”, emulando um tipo de fantasia sombria cuja linguagem visual leva a uma atmosfera de mistério e desejo que acaba sendo uma mistura desapontadora de previsibilidade e monotonia. Há pouca química entre Ortega e Freeman, e isso compromete o resultado final repleto de clichês. De qualquer forma, é um filme sobre livros e textos – tem crédito, portanto.
