OS VINGADORES – GUERRA INFINITA (THE AVENGERS – INFINITY WAR, USA 2018) – Este é um filme para quem sabe lidar com perdas e frustrações. Prepare-se, não vai ser fácil. Deve ter sido também um desafio para os roteiristas espremer um número nunca visto de super-heróis em um pouco mais de duas horas de exibição de uma carnificina que já se insinuava nos filmes anteriores do universo Marvel. Neste décimo-nono filme da Era Marvel, parece que baixou o espírito GAME OF THRONES nos irmãos Russo – pelo visto já era hora de praticar um certo controle populacional no planel de personagens, protagonistas incluídos. A reviravolta a esta altura do campeonato é benvinda, pois evoca a humanidade – e também a mortalidade – dos super-heróis mais populares do planeta, e isso dá uma dimensão mais interessante a um universo que não para de promover novidades, sejam elas alegres ou nem tanto. ENGLISH: this is a movie for those who know how to cope with losses and frustrations. Be prepared, as it is not going to be easy. It must also have been a challenge for the screenwriters to squeeze a never seen before a multitude of superheroes in not more than two hours of a carnage that had already been suggested in the previous movies. In this 19th movie of the Marvel Era, it seems that the Russo brothers were possessed by the spirit of GAME OF THRONES – apparently, it was about time to have a population control in the cast, leading characters included. A turning point now is welcome, as it evokes the humanity – as well as the mortality – of the most popular superheroes of the planet, and this gives an interesting dimension to a universe that keeps on promoting innovations, be them cheerful or not so much.
