VIÚVA NEGRA (BLACK WIDOW, USA, 2021) – Scarlett Johansson é essencial. VN conta a história de Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett) desde a infância, vivendo numa família de espiões soviéticos infiltrada nos EUA. Separada dos pais e da irmã (a excelente Florence Pugh), Natasha passa a ser perseguida pelo Departamento de Defesa americano e tem que enfrentar o General Dreykov, criador das viúvas. A diretora Cate Shortland parece talhada para o universo Marvel – roteiro amarrado, ação extremamente bem coreografada e uma percepção única na decupagem das cenas. Scarlett está perfeita (bem, ela é perfeita), e Florence Pugh faz o contraponto emocional de uma história que vai muito além da sororidade esperada. O ótimo Dave Habour consegue ser dramaticamente engraçado (nisso, ele se aproxima do grande John Goodman). Scarlett Johansson is essential. BW tells Natasha Romanoff’s story since childhood, living in a family of Soviet spies in the USA. Separated from her surrogate parents and her sister (the outstanding Florence Pugh), Natasha escapes fro the US Secretary of State and has to face General Dreykov, the creator of the widows. Director Cate Shortland seems to be born to the Marvel universe – concise script, action superbly choreographed and an unique perception of the decoupage of the scenes. Scarlett is perfect (as always…), and Florence Pugh is the emotional contrast to an expected sorority story that goes much further. The great David Harbour is dramatically funny, something of which John Goodman is a master. Disney Plus.
