Temos, então, um excelente elenco para um filme cujo roteiro pode parecer fraco, mas que acaba revelando oportunidades para grandes reflexões: homem maduro e conquistador inveterado, Harry (Nicholson) sempre gostou de mulheres mais jovens. Mas um infarto o obriga a passar uns dias junto da bem-sucedida e neurótica mãe de sua mais nova conquista (Keaton e Peet). Logo ambos descobrem que têm em comum muito mais que a idade. Then we have an excellent cast for a movie whose plot may seem weak, but that ends up revealing opportunities for golden reflections: middle-aged and womanizer, Harry (Jack Nicholson) always had a flair for younger women. But a heart attack obliges him to spend a couple of days with the successful and neurotic mother of one of his conquests (Keaton and Peet). Soon, they both find that they have much more in common than the age. Diane Keaton won the Golden Globe and was nominated for the Oscar.
