AS AMAZONAS NA LUA (AMAZON WOMEN ON THE MOON, USA, 1987) – Lembro bem que foi Joe que me indicou esta maravilha: um filme B, dos anos 50, de ficção científica tenta ser exibido por uma emissora de TV, durante a madrugada, enquanto é interrrompido por esquetes sobre os mais variados assuntos. A proposta totalmente anárquica foi uma novidade à epoca, entremeando vinhetas com paródias diversas, principalmente sobre o universo pop do cinema e da cultura americana, que acabam sendo uma homenagem ao solitário zapeamento noturno que quase todo mundo já fez em algum momento da vida. O roteiro não é perfeito, e é exatamente por isso que é genial, criativo e impactante. E ainda traz Michele Pfeiffer. É humor muito bem feito. Mas, atenção: não é para todos. I remember very well that Joe indicated this gem: a 1950’s B si-fi movie, is shown, in the wee small hours of the morning, while it is interrupted by comic sketches. The proposal is totally anarchic and, at that time, was something new, by doing outrageous spoof ads and references to the pop culture interpersed with this old movie with a lot of projection problems, which turns up to be a homage to the solitary night zapping familiar to almost everyone. The plot is not perfect and this is the reason for it be so creative. And still, there is Michele Pfeiffer...It is well-done humor. But it is not for everyone.
