INTIMIDADE
ENTRE ESTRANHOS (BRASIL, 2018) - Tudo
parece caótico para os três personagens que se esbarram num condomínio carioca:
Maria (Rafaela Mandelli, bela, mas muito magra) está em crise no casamento e
busca superar a morte de seu pai; Pedro (Milhem Cortaz, sem conexão com o
papel) vem tentando abandonar o vício da bebida; e o jovem Horário (Gabriel
Contente, com atuação fraca) se acomoda na rotina de uma série de perdas e solidão.
O que poderia ter sido um estudo interessante sobre as relações humanas
tisnadas pela frustração se mostra uma tentativa pobre de entender os motivos
pelos quais as pessoas que não entendem que não possuir algumas coisas que
desejamos pode ser parte indispensável para a felicidade possível. Everything seems chaotic to the three
characters who find themselves in a condo in Rio: Maria (Rafaela Mandelli,
beautiful, but too skinny) is in crisis in her marriage and tries to overcome
the loss of her father; Pedro (Milhem Cortaz, disconnected with the role) is
trying to quit alcohol; and the young Horacio (Gabriel Contente, very weak) is
settled down in a routine of losses and loneliness. What could have been an
interesting study about human relations ruined by frustration turns out to be a poor attempt to understand the reasons why people do not understand that not
possessing some things we want could be an indispensable part for possible
happiness.
