– Com mais uma sólida atuação de Guillermo Francella (dos ótimos O AMOR NÃO TEM
TAMANHO e O CLÃ), o filme é uma comédia dramática sobre o mercado de arte e
também um questionamento da avaliação artística num mundo capitalista. Isto
também já foi tema de outro filme (PÓSTUMO) e, em ambos, a discussão sobre a
valorização de uma obra de arte depois da morte do seu autor fica meio rasa,
apenas ressaltando os aspectos cômicos que uma situação assim suscita. De
qualquer forma, Francella mostra talento em todas as suas cenas. With one more solid performance of Guillermo Francella
(CORAZÓN DE LEON and THE CLAN), this is a dramatic comedy about the art market and
a questioning of the artistic evaluation in a capitalist world. The theme is also
in another movie – POSTHUMOUS – and, in both of them, the discussion about the appreciation
of an artistic work after its author’s death is not properly developed, and
only the comical aspects are highlighted. Anyway, Francella fills the screen
with talent.
