O HOMEM-FORMIGA E A VESPA (ANT-MAN
AND THE WASP, USA, 2018) – Paul Rudd achou o timing cômico perfeito para o seu
Homem-Formiga, provando que não há papéis pequenos para grandes atores (entendeu? entendeu?). Rudd já
tinha tido seus momentos de glória, ao fazer o namorado de Phoebe (Lisa
Kudrow), em FRIENDS. Assim como Ryan Reynolds fez com DEADPOOL, ele não leva
seu personagem a sério. Nem poderia, claro. Afinal, o Homem-Formiga tem a mesma
dimensão (super) existencial que o Hulk, por exemplo, só com vetores trocados. Se
a tônica é o minimalismo, que venha mais um filme do formicídio com sua companheira,
a Vespa (a bela Evangeline Lily). O destaque do filme é Michael Peña – é hilariante
a sequência em que toma o soro da verdade. Último "cameo" de Stan Lee. Paul Rudd has found the perfect comic timing for
his Ant-Man, proving that there are no small parts for great actors (Got it?). Rudd
had had his glory moments as Phoebe’s boyfriend in FRIENDS. Like what Ryan Reynolds
has done with DEADPOOL, he does not take his role seriously. Of course, this could
never happen. After all, the Ant-Man has the same (super) existential dimension
as the Hulk, for example, but with switched vectors. If the highlight is minimalism,
let another Formicidae movie come and his mate, the Wasp(the beautiful
Evangeline Lily). The memorable part of the movie belongs to Michael Peña – it is
hilarious the sequence in which he takes a truth serum. Stan Lee's last cameo.
