GRANIZO (GRANIZO, Argentina, 2022) – O diretor Marcos Carnevale é um dos pontos altos do cinema argentino, assim como o maravilhoso Guillermo Francella, um ator tão talentoso quanto versátil (veja-o no sensacional O CLÃ, de Pablo Trapero e em CORAÇÃO DE LEÃO, também de Carnevale). Neste filme aparentemente despretencioso, Francella é Miguel Flores, famoso em BAs por nunca errar uma previsão do tempo. Até que erra: uma tempestade quase destrói a capital portenha, e ele é obrigado a sair da cidade e se refugiar na casa de sua filha, com quem tem relações estremecidas. Assim como o clima, o filme, de repente, muda seu rumo, tornando difícil prever os próximos acontecimentos. Há uma mensagem de coragem e de autenticidade imbricada no roteiro, e é um prazer ver Guillermo Francella em cena. Diretor Marcos Carnevale is one of the highlights of the Argentinian cinema, along with the wonderful Guillermo Francella (see him in the outstanding THE CLAN, directed by Pablo Trapero and in LEON’S HEART, also directed by Carnevale). In this unpretentious movie, Francella is Miguel Flores, famous weatherman in Bas for never having made a mistake in his predictions. Then he fails to predict a terrible hailstorm and is forced out of the city, fleeing for his daughter’s home. like the weather, the movie seems to move from one direction to the next, making it hard to predict where it will turn next. There is a message of true bravery imbricated in the script, and it is a pleasure to watch Guillermo Francella in scene, Netflix.
