O ULTIMATO BOURNE (THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM, USA, 2007) – Paul Greengrass continua com seu estilo “delirium câmera”, misturando drama e documentário, junto com impressionantes cenas de ação. Ele consegue manter o ritmo dos filmes anteriores e, claro, Matt Damon está em total controle do personagem. Julia Stiles compõe uma dupla magnética com Damon, e é uma pena sua ausência de outras produções do gênero (veja-a virando a cabeça de Michael C, Hall, em DEXTER). Na realidade, a história de Jason Bourne pode também ser interpretada como a busca de nós todos por nossa própria identidade, o esforço pelo entendimento da nossa essência e a consciência socrática da grande ignorância humana num mundo hostil. Paul Greengrass goes on with his shaky camera style, mixing drama and documentary, along with impressive action sequences. He succeeds in keeping up the level of the previous movies and, of course, Matt Damon is in full control of the character. Julia Stiles makes a magnetic duo with him and it is a pity that she has been absent of other similar productions (see her mesmerizing Michael C. Hall in DEXTER). In fact, Jason Bourne’s story can be also understood as our own search for our identity, the effort to comprehend our gist and the Socratic conscience of the human ignorance in a hostile world.
