O CONTADOR 2 (THE ACCOUNTANT, USA, 2025) – Se o filme anterior tinha alguns pontos positivos, essa sequência é um completo desastre, a começar pela atuação constrangedora de Ben Affleck. O roteiro é fraco, com sequências de ação inanes e tentativas de humor mais parecidas com um velório. Sem JK Simmons, o elenco perde qualquer possibilidade de coesão e brilho dramático e, convenhamos, insistir com Affleck como protagonista de qualquer história é degradante para o diretor, os produtores e também com os outros atores, obrigados, imagino, a sustentar um filme inteiro contracenando com uma pessoa sem talento para atuar. Além disso, há o exagero da performance de Jon Bernthal, tentando, talvez, ser o contraponto com o vazio dramático de Affleck. Fuja. If the previous film had some positive points, this sequel is a complete disaster, starting with Ben Affleck's embarrassing performance. The script is weak, with inane action sequences and attempts at humor more similar to a memorial service. Without JK Simmons, the cast loses any possibility of cohesion and dramatic brilliance and, let's face it, insisting on Affleck as the protagonist of any story is degrading for the director, the producers and also with the other actors, forced, I imagine, to sustain an entire film opposite a person with no talent for acting. In addition, there is the exaggeration of Jon Bernthal's performance, trying, perhaps, to be the counterpoint to Affleck's dramatic emptiness. Run away.
