Então, entra na sua vida Sophie Fisher (Drew Barrymore) e o ajuda a compor um sucesso para uma cantora genérica da Britney Spears, Cora Corman (Haley Bennett). O filme é divertido (Grant, cantando nos créditos iniciais e finais é impagável). Hugh Grant playing Hugh Grant is always wonderful. Here, he is Alex Fletcher, a pop singer (homage to WHAM!) who lives in oblivion and is only remembered to take part in cheap TV shows and revival fairs. Then. Enters in his life Sophie Fisher (Drew Barrymore), who helps him write a hit for a Britney Spears-like singer, Cora Corman (Haley Bennett). The movie is a blast (Grant singing in the opening and ending credits has no price).
