Rita é, de certa forma, uma pessoa na contramão de uma sociedade supostamente certinha – seu comportamento complexo, rebelde, irreverente e sexualmente livre a coloca sob constante desconfiança de seus amigos e colegas de trabalho. De certa forma, ela procura quebrar as regras juntamente para tentar ajudar sua família e seus alunos. Mille Dinesen tem postura e energia compatível com um personagem rico nas suas contradições e certezas. A série pode, inicialmente, lembrar Mérli, produção catalã, mas a temática é muito diferente. Rita is a teacher in a school in Denmark. Her competence in the classroom contrasts with her hectic personal life, in which she has to deal to with her three children and a estranged with her mother. Rita is, in a way, a strange person in a supposedly perfect society – her complex, rebellious, irreverent and sexually free behavior puts her under suspicion by her friends and work colleagues. In a way, she tries to break the rules in order to help her family and her students. Mille Dinesen has the profile and energy compatible with a character full of contradictions and certainties.
