ENCURRALADA (TRAPPED, USA, 2002) – Este é um filme com bom começo e um péssimo desfecho. É um thriller de suspense, com boas atuações de Charlize Theron e Kevin Bacon, mas com um roteiro que vai acumulando alguns subplots pouco desenvolvidos que comprometem a trama. O filme começa com um potencial psicodrama, com jogos mentais entre os personagens, mas, no seu terço final, descamba para o espetáculo hollywoodiano forçado, envolvendo uma perseguição numa autoestrada que destrói a já combalida credibilidade do roteiro. This is a movie with a good start and a bad ending. It is a suspense thriller, with good performances by Charlize Theron and Kevin Bacon, but with a script that accumulates some underdeveloped subplots that compromise the plot. The film begins with a potential psychodrama, with mind games between the characters, but, in its final third, it descends into a forced Hollywood spectacle, involving a chase on a highway that destroys the already weakened credibility of the script.
